Rome Total War Star Wars Mod
Not really for Medieval 2, while there was a little mod (development ceased in 2009 or something like that), its never really ended up something that would be regarded as working within the total war engine. Someone had been producing a mod for Rome 2 structured around the Fight of Kashykk, bétween the Empire ánd Cool dude Connections. But they have since turned from the Rome 2 motor to their personal engine so that they have got more creative independence. If your searching for a large level strategy game in the star wars universe, I cannot reccomend enough the game 'Superstar Wars Empire at Battle' particularly the 'gold' copy. The game provides a solid modding area and is usually a strong video game for any star wars lover.
If you desire the 4k space strike, there are usually a quantity of star wárs mods fór 'Sins of á Solar Empire: RebeIlion'. For a more intimate game, Guys of War Assault Squad functions a mod that is currently in active development and is certainly looking quite solid, actually with a beta discharge out.Therefore no, no Overall Battle mods for stár wars, but thére can be an whole galaxy't worth of games out right now there, just make use of the push young padawan;D-AceBit. Complete war seems like like a perfect engine though, I indicate, i have got also performed Empire at War, but the graphics were therefore terrible (in the ground battles, space was excellently carried out) that i couldn't have to enjoy it. Im not really the type to complain about graphics, but good god, the ground battles got worse graphics than the 2d Age of Empires in my opinion, and it has been 3D! There is certainly an Age of Empire duplicate in the stár wars universe called, Superstar wars Galactic battIegrounds i think, but searching for something a little newer.
Star Wars Total war is the most Creative use in a mod I have known for the rome total war engine. It departs from the mainstay of RTW vannila's melee battles in a mesh of units that dont move to ranged units that have to constantly jostle and reposition. Well personaly I do not like my ships to have a red, green, yellow etc tint to them. So I looked around and found this entry in GAMECONSTANTS.xml around line 2864 (almost at the very bottom of file).
